The University of Toronto, in partnership with Natural Resources Canada, is offering a specialized training program for professionals working in the mining and critical minerals sector whose work is connected to Latin America, with a particular focus on Peru, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador, and Brazil.
This course is designed to equip participants with essential knowledge and practical skills in mining finance, emphasizing the economic evaluation and financial planning of sustainable critical mineral projects. Participants will also gain a strong understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, including compliance requirements and industry best practices for responsible and sustainable mining.
The course is offered through the University of Toronto's Mining Industry Management Program and provides practical, industry-relevant learning for professionals across the mining value chain.
